about me

My name is Jessica, but I kind of like going by Jess. I’m 20. I go to William Jewell College, and I like it very much. I’m studying Institutions & Policy, which is a sort of all-things-related-to-government degree (so far I’ve hit political and economic theory, constitutional law, and a wee bit of international relations). Before WJC, I homeschooled, babysat, and was on staff at the International House of Prayer– an arrangement that I also enjoyed very much.

Other random things you may or may not want to know: My car is named Pete. I like outdoorsey activities, as long as they’re somewhat wild (a walk in the park does not count), and for that reason I am not a big fan of the Midwest. My dog is named Sammy and he’s awesome. I pretty much studied only the Old Testament till I was 14 (been trying to balance it out ever since). I’d rather drink than eat. I am sometimes obnoxiously analytical (I think). And I love photography and kids, and if I can get the two together, it’ll absolutely make my day.
